TDriveInfo is a component to wrap the GetLogicalDriveStrings() and the GetDriveType() functions. TDriveInfo gives informations about the number of installed CD-Roms and of fixed, removable and network drives. You can also get the paths for any of these drives.

Licence

TDriveInfo is distributed as freeware. You may use it at any place and any time without having to pay any kind of licence fee. Distribution is allowed on any non profit base.

The source code for TDriveInfo is not included. It can be purchased for US-$ 10. It is not allowed to redistribute the source code.

Both, the freeware component TDriveInfo and it's source code are copyrighted by the author.

Installation

There is nothing special to say about installation. Just copy the files to a folder of your choice and select "Install Package" in C++ Builder. Select the package DriveInfo.bpk. The component should appear on the component palette in a new section named "Rosin".
